Terms of Service

The terms you agree to when you use this website or book work with Applle 2 Cleaning Services.

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of applle2homecleaning.com and the residential cleaning services we provide. By using this website, requesting an estimate, or booking work with Applle 2 Cleaning Services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is

The information on this site — service descriptions, guidance articles and answers to common questions — is provided in good faith and for general information. It is not a professional diagnosis of your specific property. Nothing on this website creates a binding contract for work; a contract exists only once we have agreed a scope and price with you directly.

Requests, estimates and pricing

Submitting a form or booking a slot online is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm every job with you directly before it is scheduled.

Any price given before we have seen the home is an estimate based on the size, condition and scope you described. If the home turns out to need materially more time than described — heavy build-up, additional rooms, post-construction dust — we will tell you before we proceed and agree the revised price with you. You will not receive an invoice for work you did not agree to.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

You are responsible for giving us safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time, and for telling us about anything on site we should know about — pets, alarm codes, fragile items, known hazards.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can so the slot can go to someone else. If we cannot get access at the agreed time and nobody has told us, we may have to treat the visit as a missed appointment and reschedule it.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed something different with you in writing. We will tell you what payment methods we accept when we confirm the job. Invoices left unpaid may be subject to reasonable collection costs.

Our work and your satisfaction

We stand behind the work. If something in your home was missed or you are not happy with the result, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return and correct it at no charge. That is the remedy we offer, and in our experience it settles almost everything.

Some things are outside what a cleaning service can fix: permanent staining, damage that existed before we arrived, and surfaces already worn or failing. We will point those out rather than pretend a product will solve them.

Property, valuables and pre-existing conditions

Please secure cash, jewellery and irreplaceable items before a visit. We treat every home with care, but we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, items that were already loose or unstable, or surfaces that were failing before we arrived.

If we do damage something through our own negligence, tell us straight away and we will make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, Applle 2 Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the work or from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Reviews, photos and content

All text, images, logos and design on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. If we photograph completed work, we do so without identifying your address, and we will not publish an interior photograph of your home without asking you first.

Third-party links

This site may link to other websites — manufacturers, financing providers, review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their pricing or their privacy practices. Read their terms before you rely on them.

Communications

By giving us your contact details you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text and email. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute arising from them or from work we have performed will be handled in the courts serving Dorchester County, South Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, last updated August 18, 2026. Questions about any of it? Call 854-221-1500 and ask — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
