Applle 2 Cleaning Services provides residential cleaning services to homeowners in Summerville, South Carolina and the surrounding Charleston area. This policy explains what information we collect through applle2homecleaning.com, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. It applies to this website and to the phone, text and email conversations that follow from it.
We only ask for what we need to quote and schedule work. When you submit a form, request an estimate or book online, we collect:
If you call or text us, we keep a record of that conversation so the team handling your job has the history. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, and we never ask for payment card details through a website form.
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your approximate location by city, the pages you viewed, how you arrived, your browser and device type, and the date and time. We use Google Analytics for this. It uses cookies and similar technology, and the data it produces is aggregated — it tells us that twelve people read a page, not that you personally read it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on. The site works fine either way.
Your information is used to run the business, and for nothing else:
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your service request — by call, and by text message where you have opted in. Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about a job you have already booked, and you can always reach us on 854-221-1500.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the service providers who make the business run, and only to the extent they need it:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the safety of our people or customers. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that sale.
We keep customer and job records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes — generally seven years for anything tied to a paid invoice. Enquiries that never became jobs are kept for a shorter period. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to hold onto it.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, every text can be stopped with STOP, and you can always just call and ask. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the systems we use to store customer records are access-controlled and password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not keep card numbers, and we limit who on the team can see what.
This website is intended for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
