Fine drywall and sanding dust settles out of the air for days. We work top down, let the space settle, then repeat the detail pass — otherwise you are wiping the same surfaces again next week.
Residue, stickers and paint specks
New fixtures, windows and appliances arrive covered in labels and adhesive. Paint flecks land on floors and glass. Removing that carefully, without scratching new finishes, is most of the skill in this work.
Coordinating with your contractor
We come in after the trades are finished and the debris is out. Tell us the completion date and we schedule so you are not living in dust waiting on a cleaning slot.
