What makes it "deep"
The difference is detail work and time. Baseboards and door frames wiped by hand, switch plates and door handles, light fixtures and vents dusted, inside the microwave and the front and top of the oven and fridge, cabinet fronts degreased, grout scrubbed, behind and around toilets, window sills and tracks.
Lowcountry homes need it more often
Humidity here means dust binds and settles rather than blowing off, and bathrooms stay damp longer than they would inland. Grout haze, ceiling-corner mildew spots and sticky kitchen film build faster in Summerville and Charleston than most people expect.
How long it takes
A deep clean typically runs two to three times the hours of a standard visit depending on home size and condition. We quote it after we understand the home, and the price you get is the price you pay.
