In a compact home every surface is a working surface. We focus on the areas that make the biggest visible difference: the kitchen, the bathroom, floors and the flat surfaces where clutter and dust collect fastest.
Building access, handled
Gate codes, elevators, front desks, parking rules — tell us the details once and we work around them. We are used to buildings downtown, in North Charleston and in Mount Pleasant.
Good neighbors
We keep noise reasonable, respect quiet hours where buildings have them, and leave shared hallways as clean as we found them.
